This program offers the necessary building blocks to expand and develop efficiencies in overall stroke mechanics. Our program uses fun and challenging progressions to evolve student’s aquatic ability improving confidence, fitness and endurance. Competitive swim is both an individual and a team sport, students are encouraged to cheer each other on ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
Course prerequisites: Continuous swim for one length of pool

Sports Academy New
We will now be offering Sports/ Fitness classes. This program will help your children develop and enhance their hand-eye coordination, strength, agility and their cardiovascular level.
With many of your child’s favorite games, activities and sports from their Phys-Ed classes, they will participate in basketball, soccer, volleyball, dodgeball, scooter board games and many many more.

Students participating in our After 4 programs, must meet in the main foyer where attendance will be taken.
Students will be met by parents in main foyer, or will be escorted to in-school daycare.

This program offers basic safety and aquatic principles in which lessons run in an organic manner. Through game based exploration students will develop an understanding of buoyancy, safe water entities, treading water and stroke improvement During the recreation portion, students will have access to the entire pool to partake in free swim.
